The villa is 10 min from the Beach and 5 min to Ostuni's Centro Storico, Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Concessionary rates available this first season, please enquire. Our change over day is Saturday, but we will try to accommodate any reasonable alternative.

1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities.

1 bunk bedroom (1.9m beds).

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob. microwave, toaster, fridge freezer.

Living Rooms:
Vaulted ceiling and intimate alcoves, with 1m+ thick walls, making it nice and cool in summer, and a wood burner for the chillier part of the year. Digital TV with DVD, stereo system with CD and tape deck. Intimate dining alcove.

Bathrooms
The en-suite bathroom has seperate shower and toilet and a washbasin in the bedroom.
1 family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Utility Room:
Washing machine, dishwasher and safe.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Includes bedding and towels (not beach). The property will be cleaned on your departure. If you require cleaning during your stay, please arrange this with our representative, who can also give you a price.

Other Facilities:
Iron/ironing board, room fans, cot, high chair, gas barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pets accepted (the sleeping unit has air conditioning & central heating).

Outside Area:
Alfresco eating area with traditional pizza oven, gas BBQ, and rustic kitchen facilities. Comfortable garden furniture, shaded as well as sunny areas. The pool is above ground and has an area for sunbathing.

Coast/Beach:
The Adriatic coast can be reached in a 10min. drive and the Ionic coast in a good hour. The nearby coast line offers a variety of cosy sandy beaches, small summer towns with various degrees of eating places, water sports, and rugged rocky coast good for f. ex. fishing. The Marine Nature Reserve is a 25 min drive away, and has a new visitor centre.

Travel
The nearest Airport is Brindisi, serviced by Ryanair from Stanstead (1/2 hours drive). Bari Airport is an hours drive away, and is serviced by Ryanair from Stanstead, and BA in the summer. Various other options include flying to Napels (2 1/2 hours drive away) Rome (5 hours drive away). There is a train station in Ostuni with links to international trains (trains in Italy are amoungst the cheepest in Europe).

Distances:
The south of Italy offers a variety of places to see. Sicily is 4-5 hours drive away, the bottom of the heel can be reached in a couple of hours. Ostuni, our nearest town has a very interesting 'Centro Storico' with a Cathedral, and offers a wide of selection of good places to eat and shop. Carovigno, a smaller town in the other direction, has a similar historic centre with a lovely castle, and good Ristorante's.

Further details:
Shops for all your daily needs are within 2 km. Market days are Wednesday (small) and Saturdays (large). A folder showing leisure facilities and other key addresses are available in the villa.

Booking notes:
Our general booking terms are 50% deposit with your booking. The balance together with euro 80/£55 (final cleaning charge) and refundable breakage deposit (euro 50/£35), is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. Payment method is cheques or cash. Cheques to be made payable to P and R Jessen.
